She is very willing to work with you and is responsive on email. My cat's fur and eye color changed after getting older and she was able to paint him in his new fur and eye color despite me sending her an picture from when he was younger. Linda is also very nice and will draw your cat according to your requirements. The artwork and detail is honestly phenomenal! You could tell she put in a lot of time and work trying to draw your pet to the degree of the photo that was sent. This painting perfectly captures my cat's features and makes him look alive. When I received this painting from Linda, I was in absolute awe.
I happened to find out about this website and decided to order one and see. My cat passed away back in December from congestive heart failure and I was absolutely devastated since he got sick so suddenly.
